Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, bar none. We usually host 25-35 people, so I started menu planning today! Plan on growing some squash blossoms, greens, herbs, & hot peppers around the time so that I have access to certain produce items which are harder to get here.

The whole holiday is traditionally centered around a very large meal, so feeling obligated to attend 3 separate, large meals is ridiculous in one day.
