A vehicle overturned on a bridge in central Laredo Wednesday afternoon, April 30, prompting a rescue response, according to the Laredo Police Department.

Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to keep the trial of U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar and his wife, Imelda Cuellar, in Houston rather than moving it to their hometown of Laredo.
