The Hunger Games franchise has announced that Ralph Fiennes will portray President Snow in the upcoming prequel film, Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The film is based on Suzanne Collins' novel,

The formidable leader of Panem has previously been portrayed by Donald Sutherland in the original four films, and in his younger years by Tom Blyth in 2023’s “A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.” Fiennes’ Snow will fall between the two, 40 years after the events of “Songbirds” and 24 years before Katniss Everdeen’s time in the arena.

Sunrise on the Reaping has unveiled several new cast members as anticipation builds for its theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
