It’s been nearly four years since Lorde’s last full-length album, Solar Power. But the New Zealand artist has officially announced her return: Her fourth studio album, Virgin, arrives on June 27. The announcement follows her surprise performance in New York City and the release of her lead single 'What Was That'—a pulsing track that’s already topped charts and sparked a new era for the singer.

Now, as Lorde gears up for the release of Virgin on June 27, the “What Was That” singer has officially announced the highly-anticipated news: The Ultrasound Tour kicks off in September 2025. While the name of the tour does not mirror the album, the poster art features a similar blue X-Ray as the one from her album announcement on April 30.

"Come see what's under the skin," teased Lorde, who's used x-ray imagery for both the tour poster and Virgin album cover. Tickets first become available through a presale at the "Royals" singer's website on May 14 at 10 a.m. local time before a general on-sale launches May 16 at 10 a.m. local time.
