Mississippi will challenge a portion of a federal court's decision ruling the state diluted Black voting power and set 14 special legislative elections.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ordered Pennsylvania's 67 counties not to count misdated mail ballots from the state's Senate race in the Nov. 5 election.
