Michigan faces a weekend snowstorm with up to 12 inches expected in some areas, prompting multiple weather advisories.
Rounds of snowfall will bring 2 to 5 inches to West Michigan by Saturday evening, with additional accumulation possible through Sunday evening.
The region could see several more inches of snow this weekend, on top of what fell on Wednesday and Thursday, forecasters said.
