The Supreme Court says states can block the country’s biggest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, from receiving Medicaid money for health services such as contraception and cancer screenings.

Planned Parenthood North Central States, which covers Minnesota, said that nothing will change in Minnesota for the 22,000 patients who sought care using Medicaid in the wake of the Supreme Court's Thursday ruling.

The U.S. Supreme Court will issue its final rulings of its current term on Friday, Chief Justice John Roberts said. It has yet to resolve several important cases, including one involving President Donald Trump's bid to limit birthright citizenship as well as others involving Obamacare,
