FedEx’s head of its tech department is leaving the company after a monthslong investigation into claims that his unit was inflating its performance, according to a report.

FedEx is parting ways with its chief digital and information officer, Sriram Krishnasamy, after an internal investigation within the company’s information technology organization.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Sriram Krishnasamy, executive vice president of FedEx Corp. is stepping down from the role, according to a press statement sent out by the logistics company on July 17, 2025.

Sriram Krishnasamy had served as FedEx's executive vice president, chief digital and information officer, and chief transformation officer.
