Police say a 911 call led to the arrest of a Henderson man who was wanted on a warrant for the sexual abuse of a child.

The complaint, filed by Angela Bullock and Shona Jarboe against Ward 4 Council Member Tanisha Carothers, claims that Carothers' appointment was "unlawful" and seeks to remove her from office.
