Wes Moore is sharpening his rhetoric toward Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Maryland’s first-term Democratic governor did little to hide his disgust with the new administration at an event highlighting state-level resources to aid former federal workers who were pink-slipped thanks to Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency.
