The Cincinnati Bengals are poised to dole out a lot of money this offseason with wide receiver Tee Higgins, wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and edge rusher Trey Hendrickson all seeking new contracts.  Higgins,

Per Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals are expected to franchise-tag wide receiver Tee Higgins before the window closes on March 4 at 4 p.m. ET. After tagging Higgins, the Bengals would have until July 15 to sign the 26-year-old to a long-term deal.

NFL wide receiver free agent market could be booming this offseason for a few reasons even though this year's class could be perceived as watered down in comparison to past years. One reason is the wide receiver position in the 2025 NFL Draft isn't as deep as years past,

Higgins (6-4, 220 pounds) was picked by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft out of Clemson. The 26-year-old receiver hauled in 330 receptions for 4,595 yards and 34 touchdowns in five years (70 games) with the Bengals.
