The “Star Wars” streaming series “Andor” doesn't concern itself with super villains. The show, which drops its next three episodes Tuesday, prefers to explore the lives and motivations of the low-level bureaucrats and functionaries who make tyranny possible.

Always in motion is the future, and the same can be said for the "Star Wars" timeline -- which makes pinpointing when "Andor" takes place a little tricky.
