When Apple launched the 2020 iPad Pro last month — the fastest tablet we’ve tested — it also announced the Magic Keyboard for the iPad ($299 for the 11- model, $349 for the 12.9-inch model.

The Magic Keyboard is easily the best keyboard accessory for the iPad Air and iPad Pro, at least if you’re looking for a laptop-like experience. It’s not cheap though.

I have been quite comfortable grabbing the whole assembly of the 12.9” iPad Pro plus Magic Keyboard by the deck of the keyboard and carrying it around, much in the way I’d carry a laptop.
