Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen has said that he will not win another race for the remainder of 2025. Verstappen has dominated the sport in recent seasons, winning four world championships consecutively; however, that trend looks as though it will come to an end in 2025.

Rumors continued to simmer until two days ago, when Red Bull team advisor Helmut Marko confirmed his expectation that Verstappen would be back in 2026. ESPN's Nate Saunders reported an exit clause in Verstappen's contract came and went, too, making it more likely he'd stay put.
