PAINESVILLE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - A 27-year-old man died Friday night in a car crash in Painesville Township. According to a Facebook post by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department, at around 10:40 p.m. deputies responded to the 500 block of Blackbrook Road for reports of a pickup truck stuck in a tree.

Cochran was killed early Wednesday morning, according to reports, when a car driven by 90-year-old mother, Anna Cochran, backed across their front yard in New Jersey and struck a tree. He was ejected from the vehicle. Cochran was reportedly flown to Robert Wood Johnson University in New Brunswick where he later died.

According to the report, a Buick sedan was driving westbound on Highway 48 when it crossed the centerline and collided with a Ford pickup coming the other way.
