Young campers and a dad saving his family were among the dozens killed in the historic flash floods that tore through central Texas over the holiday weekend.

This came as it was revealed that Camp Mystic co-owner Richard "Dick" Eastland died while heroically trying to save campers from being carried away by the deadly floodwaters in Texas.
