Blake Lively walked the red carpet at the SXSW 2025 premiere of the “Another Simple Favor” with a cocktail in-hand — well, kinda. The actress, 37, stepped out in Austin, Texas for the premiere of the highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 film “A Simple Favor” starring herself and Anna Kendrick.

Blake Lively is back on the movie promo and method dressing circuits once again. The actress, who is gearing up for the release of the A Simple Favor sequel, Another Simple Favor, stepped back into the suiting that has become synonymous with her character Emily Nelson at the new movie's debut at South by Southwest (SXSW).

Blake Lively returns as the fearsome and fashion-forward femme fatale, opposite Anna Kendrick, reprising the role of true-crime obsessed mommy influencer Stephanie Smothers. And while their chemistry onscreen is as good as it was in the 2018 movie, Another Simple Favor is at its best when it lets Lively cut loose in blooming psycho-biddy fashion.

The purse paid homage to Lively's character, Emily Nelson, and her love of martinis Blake Lively is continuing her love of method dressing throughout her Another Simple Favor press run.
