Family accuse rescue officials of ‘great negligence’ in efforts to reach Juliana Marins, whose body was recovered after four days

The family of a Brazilian tourist found dead in Indonesia days after a fall from climbing a volcano criticized the rescue effort as too slow, before authorities carried out an autopsy on June 26 to find out the time of her death.

Indonesian officials said it took rescuers at least five hours to retrieve Juliana Marins, the Brazilian tourist who fell down a ravine at Mount Rinjani on Lombok island.
