At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until 9 p.m. for Monmouth and Ocean counties.

At 8:07 p.m. on Tuesday, the NWS Blacksburg VA released a flash flood warning in effect until Wednesday at 2:15 a.m. for Ashe County.

Heavy rain from the latest round of storms triggered flash flood warnings across sections of central and eastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Storms began mid-afternoon Tuesday over areas that received as much as 2 to 6 inches of rain on Monday.
