Juneau and Mayville took the brunt of Thursday's storms, with confirmed tornadoes damaging many properties, uprooting trees and knocking out power throughout Dodge County.

A weather censor on the east side of Horicon Marsh − just north of the presumed tornado's path − measured 73 mph winds around 5:55 p.m., according to the NWS. The weather service typically assesses the damage and makes a tornado determination the day following a storm.
