Dick Van Dyke missed a fan engagement Saturday due to illness. 'When you're 99½ years old, you have good days and bad days,' his wife reportedly told the audience.

"When you're 99-and-a-half years old, you have good days and bad days," his wife, Arlene Silver, explained at the event.

Although Dick Van Dyke had to miss the third iteration of his Vandy Camp fan gathering this weekend, he was there in spirit.
