Chelsea begin their 2025 Club World Cup campaign against LAFC on Monday in Atlanta. After arriving at their Philadelphia base in the United States on Friday, which saw Chelsea name an initial 28-man squad for the competition, Enzo Maresca's side are preparing to target more silverware following their Conference League triumph last month.

Flamengo are likely to be the toughest opponents that Chelsea will face in the group phase, with the Brazilian club currently top of the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A. The Blues face them second in their calendar, playing the Mengao in Philadelphia on Friday, June 20.

Chelsea face LAFC in Atlanta on Monday night in both clubs’ opening match of the 2025 Club World Cup, with the Blues looking to build on a successful end to 2024/25.
