Our firm has been providing creative, innovative, and cost effective engineering solutions for our clients since 1935. The firm was founded in 1935 by O. Wayne Motz and since then it has been in continuous operation. His son, W. Bruce Motz, joined the firm in 1947 and was active in the business until his death in early 1994. R. Bradley Motz, the grandson of the firm's founder, joined the firm in 1979, reinforcing the continued family involvement and a solid value system which governs decisions and operations.
